About Tonya

I started this practice because I believe psychiatric care works best when it's collaborative, curious, and grounded in the whole picture — not just a symptom checklist.

I'm a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a clinical background dating back to 2010. My approach blends evidence-based medication management with an integrative lens — looking at labs, hormonal health, thyroid function, and genetic testing where it's helpful, alongside the conversation that matters most: how you're actually doing.

I work with adults and adolescents navigating ADHD, mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, and OCD-spectrum concerns, and I often partner with family members and other providers to keep care coordinated and consistent.

I was recognized in 2025 by the Utah Nurse Practitioner Association as Best in Clinical Practice — an honor I'm deeply grateful for and that reflects the kind of care I strive to offer every patient, every visit.

How I can help

Care that meets you where you are

A snapshot of the areas I focus on most. Every plan starts with a real conversation, not a template.

01

ADHD Evaluation & Management

Diagnostic evaluation and ongoing medication management for combined and inattentive presentations, in adults and teens.

02

Mood & Anxiety Care

Support for depression, anxiety, and treatment-resistant presentations — including thoughtful titration and long-term follow-through.

03

Integrative Lab Review

Optional lab work, thyroid screening, and pharmacogenomic (GeneSight) testing to inform medication choices when useful.

04

Trauma & OCD-Spectrum Support

Medication management alongside coordinated care with your therapist, for a more complete treatment picture.

05

Adolescent & Family-Inclusive Care

Care for teens that welcomes family involvement in treatment planning, where appropriate and helpful.

06

Care Coordination

Close collaboration with therapists and other providers so your care feels like one plan, not several separate appointments.
